This website is operated by ACF (SOUTH EAST) LIMITED, trading as ACF Carpets & Flooring. Registered in England and Wales, company number 17111242. Registered office: 70 East Hill, Dartford, DA1 1RZ, England. Our working base is Strood, Kent; the registered office is not advertised as a shop or walk-in showroom.

Using the information

The website explains our flooring work and provides ways to enquire. General flooring descriptions do not establish which product is suitable for your property. Room use, site conditions, preparation and the chosen specification need to be discussed for your project. Colours and finishes can look different on a screen and in person.

Enquiries and quotations

Preparing or sending an enquiry does not create a booking or installation contract. A quotation, agreed scope, product specification, timing and applicable customer terms are arranged separately. These website terms do not replace the terms agreed for flooring work and do not affect your statutory rights.

Mobile showroom requests

A request for a mobile showroom visit is an enquiry, not a confirmed appointment. We will discuss arrangements and availability with you. Nationwide project coverage does not guarantee a showroom visit in every location or at a particular time. Any visit arrangements and applicable charges must be agreed separately.

Photographs identified as ACF work show supplied ACF installations; progress images are labelled separately from completed floors. Images marked as illustrative or stock do not show ACF installations, staff or customers. A photograph does not confirm an exact product, material specification or performance rating unless this is stated.

The website’s branding, text and photographs are owned by ACF or used with permission. Please obtain permission before reusing them for commercial purposes.
